Title: Add more Tzhaar to the TzHaar city

Instead of having just TzHaar-Xil, there should be all the different kinds of TzHaar creatures.

Key features would include:

• Combat Styles (Ket = melee, Xil = Ranged, Mej = Mage)
• Drop rates (Ket has higher chance for maul, Xil commonly drops Toktz-xil-ul, Mage higher chance for Staff)
• Shop owners for the herblore, runes, weapons, and gems stores that take Tokkul

The current approach of just throwing all of the drop tables on TzHaar-Xil and only plotting a few of them onto the map is lazy at best.
