why does a Dragon Battleaxe have not only an insanely higher str bonus, but a higher Slash bonus than a Dragon Scimmy?

Doesn't make sense.
pls look into this and do some stat balancing.

p.p.s. the DBA spec is supposed to add on top of str pot stats. It's not working correctly.
