New slayer tasks

Basically I want slayer more organized. We currently have 2 options, normal and boss tasks. (Within the same NPC) I know we've all miss clicked boss tasks at least once or twice and we all know how inconvenient it can be.

With that said I think we should add either another slayer npc or multiple slayer npcs with the option of easy, medium AND hard slayer tasks. The way ours is currently set up, you can get hill giants one task and black dragons the following.. That's quite the difference. With being said, that would not only make slayer more organized but more enjoyable because players at different levels now have the options of slayer tasks to pick from. When you just join and you're running around in adamant and a torso you're not exactly going to wanna go kill stuff like black dragons.

I've spoken to @Setis slightly about it and he explained it would need a complete slayer over-haul. Which isn't too bad with the addition of @Brad agreeing to add the option of slayer gem teleporting you to your current task as a new donor perk, with the agreement of @Boris

Honestly, I'd also like to see the Slayer EXP rate go down and be given more heft amounts of NPCs per task instead of the silly 9 rock crabs junk.

I would love to! I have slayer level is 90. on OSRS.

We don't specifically need a new slayer npc for this. The way our slayer system is build it allready selects easy medium or hard task for you depending on your combat level and slayer level. We could modify this more that you won't get bad tasks if you are higher combat lvl if we just rearange some tasks.

If your combat level is less than 50 you get an easy slayer task.
If your combat level is between 50 and 90 you get a medium task.
If your combat level is more than 90 you get a hard task.
And if your slayer is at 99 you can get a Boss task.
If there is an error in slayer you get a medium task atm. (To prevent out of bound exceptions) Maybe this activates sometimes, if this is the case we need to do some reworking.

The first line is the npc id's and under that is the required slayer level.

I still think we should have a lowered EXP rate for Slayer and an increase in NPCs given per task. So, insteado f the 9 Rock Crabs or 12 Abyssal Demons we get 80 or 90 Abyssal Demons at a more proper and grind-worthy accomplishment. With newer and more varied slayer monsters. @Boris

Well I have always wanted to do a full re-write of slayer here, I feel like just spacing out the tasks into multiple npcs with different task list wouldn't be enough. We need to look into the rewards system of slayer, How points are obtained, and fixing broad tasks (i.e Black Dragons tasks can be affected by Black Dragons and King Black Dragon).

If you did it that way it would definitely give players a choice to do the boss if on a hard or medium task (if they feel ballsy). And then boss tasks would be specifically the boss only.

There are a lot of things that we need to look into first before doing a slayer overhaul. But it will come. If we can get a general idea from everyone in the community on how they'd like it done, we'll do it that.
